Morwenna Sutter

Hello… I am Morwenna Sutter and I am a Farm Agent for Boyes Group Realty Inc located out of Kelvington and serve the North East and east central area of our province.  I have been selling farm only real estate since the fall of 2010 and have been with Boyes Group Realty Inc since 2019.  

Why I choose to focus solely on Farm real estate?  Farming is what I know and something that I am involved in every day.  I reside with my family on our Family Owned and Operated Grain Operation located at Kelvington, SK.  My past experiences have been in crop and seed production, chem sales and even played a role in animal health pharmaceutical sales back when I graduated from the UofA with a BSC in Agriculture.  So you could say that agriculture is in my background and in my everyday life.

I have a husband and 3 girls that keep me busy.  I help out with the day to day operations of with the farm and come harvest season you will see me in the field on a combine or doing a job that needs to be done to get the crop in.  My girls love being farm kids and enjoy farm life, they are also in involved in the Kelvington 4-H Beef Club (where my husband and I are the general leaders) as well as play hockey in the winter.

I have on the ground experience with farmland with both buying and selling, understand the financial demands of a farm and have contacts in the industry to find the answers to your questions.  I decided to take my real estate course in the fall of 2010 as I was looking for a professional job off the farm to keep my mind busy but also needed the flexibility of hours to still be helpful on the farm and a mom to our girls.  An opportunity in farm real estate crossed my path and thought I could do that…. Being able to work with young farmers and talking crop or cattle every day is right up my alley.  I also enjoy working with experienced farmers that are looking to exit the industry and are looking for assistance to make this process both positive and a smooth transition.  My decade of experience in the market of farm land and my extensive list of contact in the industry are all yours when you choose to work with me with your farm real estate needs as a buyer or seller.
